With COVID-19 transmission mainly spreading between people through direct, indirect, through contaminated objects or surfaces or close contact with infected people via mouth and nose secretions, washing hands with soap and running water is of critical importance. To stop the spread of COVID-19, along with other COVID appropriate behaviours, the practice of handwashing at regular intervals is a must, after coughing or sneezing, when caring for the sick, after using the toilet, before eating, while preparing food and after handling animals or animal waste. Handwashing after touching common surfaces such as doorknobs or handles, or after one comes back home from visiting a public place will keep ourselves and others around us safe as it removes Corona viruses got through hand contact with infected surfaces and people.

Yes regularly washing of hands when from work ,public transport,and crowded areas helps to curb corona virus because the use of soap and running water weaken the protective layer of corona virus so this is a good hygiene to stop corona virus from spreading.

Regularly washing of hands with soap under running water and maintaining good hygiene can help stop the spread of corona virus. Wash your hands when you come out of the convenience, wash your hands when you get back from work, wash your hands before you eat, wash your hands again and again. More so, maintain a good hygiene. This practice would help curb the spread of corona virus.
