Dans ce sens je dirais que le sport permet les personnes du troisième âge de ne pas rester constipé, d'éviter le lourdeurs et ça leurs permet de rester plus fort et qui tiennent beaucoup mieux que voir même l'apparition des nouvelles cellules

C'est tellement bien de prendre soin des personnes de 3ème âge. Surtout dans le domaine sportif, ça leur rajeunit et ça leur donne la chance vivre longtemps en bonne santé.

Le sport c'est la santé ! Les personnes âgées sont plus exposées aux maladies. Pour les éviter il est préférable de s'adonner aux exercices physiques appropriés . Il est à signaler que à cet âge ces personnes doivent être soumises aux activités douces .
