Yes toilet papers among others are getting expensive, in my cout year ago it's k2 today it's beyond k15 hence this shows that everything has gone up

It was at that time dur to misconceptions spread with fear as to the pandemic of covid 19 which lead to their prices to skyrocket as they were being purchased at a higher rate than it was before covid 19.

The cost of toilet paper has gone up slightly. But this should be expected as families are now home, the work force is reduced in production lines, students are home and markets are closed. It seems that the use of toilet rolls has surpassed the production due to the pandemic.

This has come to be so due to the Corona virus pandemic that aggregated and congested families in one place, and again for manufacturers, manpower drastically reduced and some production plants were closed down.

For a reason that people are not working, students not going to school , the the number of people per house hold increased, and the consumption /the use of tissues caused tha price to increase.

I believe, because before the pedermic toilet paper was not taken as an issue but now since everybody has to use, that means its demand is high and yet the manpower is low so this increases its price worldwide
