Dear Madam Cate and the Unicorn Leadership Team,
I would like to begin by appreciating the effort and commitment you continue to invest in developing and improving the Unicorn community and its programs. Your work has not gone unnoticed, and many members value the opportunities being introduced.
However, I am writing to respectfully express concern regarding the recent changes made to the SDC program activation process. As communicated earlier, SDAM members were given the opportunity to activate SDC programs within the specified period of 1st February to 28th February. Members who were unable to activate within that timeframe were placed on a waiting list under the originally stated conditions.
Unfortunately, it appears that the conditions were later changed without sufficient explanation or prior notice. This has caused confusion and disappointment among members who relied on the initial guidelines and timelines provided. Sudden adjustments to agreed conditions may affect trust and confidence within the community.
I kindly request clear communication and transparency regarding these changes. Providing a detailed explanation of the new conditions, along with the reasons behind the adjustments, would greatly help reassure members and maintain fairness across the Unicorn community.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I sincerely hope clarity and transparency can be restored for the benefit of all members.
