It's true because that rise led to the regeem of Napoleon who was strong and talented to fight and reach in power and of which this was his aim and dream to lead the whole world, that's why Napoleon became a great person in the history and a very good successful person in this world

Many scholars or historians say that the rise of Napoleon to Power was due to the French Revolution of 1789.This was because Napoleon was actively involved in the revolution and more so, Most of the General who participated in the Revolution died paving the way for Napoleon to rise to Power.
