100%correct,how by overthinking of something you don't have control over it,and this may cause depression,stress among people and you may end up lossing apetiet for food.

Yes of course I also agree with that point that over thinking also reduces on your body especially when over stressed about certain issues like when it comes to couples at times when you'get to know your partners behaviors have changed some tend even to run away from their perteners then loosing weight and even reduce on body size just cause of stress it self.

Fully agree with the assertion. Overthink overthink then your body will diminish slowly or very fast.

You are very right here. Over thinking can cause you stress and ulcers and eat up your body. So we should avoid it at all cost.

Overthinking, Overthinking, Overthinking
This is a disease that I personally have overlooked over the years. I realized that 90% of the things I spend time thinking about are not real which breeds fatigues and stress. Stress is a body reducing agent which gradually eats you up without your knowing, by the time you realize your body reduction, it is when your favorite pants/T-shirts feel buggy.
How do you reduce this overthinking; stop worrying about the future, stop regretting about the past (nothing can be dine about it), act more than you think (This is where the saying comes in "Overthinkers are less actors"), focus on the present.
That is my point of viewing things.

Doctors, Therapists, Neurologists, etc. What do you have to say about this..????
