When it's comes to time of waking up feel some energy in ur body.
Where by you can do some work but if you don't have enough sleep you feel like ur sick en no energy to do work you keep dozing uncomfortable

Having enough sleep is good but also this depends on what someone does, in daily business, we are in the fast changing world and enough sleep might be easily said than done.
Sometimes I could sleep for hours and hours because I didn't have enough opportunities, but as I get more and more opportunities I find myself wanting to explore every opportunity I come across, however, I cannot rule out that enough sleep is important to your health.
