You have to start your day with heavy breakfast, it helps your health and will be more efficient than a person who hasn't done so. If you skip that part then it affects your health, one can get ulcers and will be weak.

Brushing teeth morning and evening and every after meal and not to eat sweaty things if so brush teeth immediately to prevent teeth decay

I am pro this comment with stipulations. Morning breakfast is important however you must feed your body the proper things if you want it to function properly. Fruit is the most important breakfast food, in order to feed the body and the brain.

Breakfast is the very important meal that you will not escape. It revitalize your energy because of the long hours of fasting during nightime while you are sleeping.

Morning breakfast acts a fuel for the whole body the whole day. Remember you have not been eating the whole night and all the food that you had for supper has been digested and distributed to all other body parts. So moving morning breakfast will fill your stomach with the already used food.
