Everyone has affected of high fuel prices. Instead of using theirvown cars they prefer to commute or use bike.

It does not apply to Uganda alone, Nigeria here is affected too. So the above statement for real it the truth. I strongly believe many other countries especially using fuel vehicles are hit with the same challenges.
