Habbits can be copied or learnt from friends . They say birds of the same feather flock together so when you see that the company you are in dont posses the desired characters that can build you, you look for another company that can build your character and behaviour.

An habbit can be some activity that you don't want to do but eventually find yourself caught up in it.

It could be drinking, watching, or some other activities that you would like to stop however are not able.

Remember that activity is practiced frequently and therefore mastered by the brain and to minimise and mollify the mental visualization of it by the brain, a substitute is needed to replace it.

Theory alone cannot work, both practical and theoretical rehabilitation is needed.
The frequency of the substitute should be higher than that of the habbit to be replaced or overcome.
We overcome habbits by other habbits but not merely words.
