Fear is the worst enemy because they don't exist rather we gave them existence and that is why it overwhelm people. Many failed because of fear, never give fear a chance. Our minds are tools that require learning, learning how to create your mind gives you better chances in life.

Fear is the reason behind failure, sickness, giving up, bad relationships and so on. We are afraid of the past, the future, old age, the unseen and even death. Fear is a thought in the mind. You listen to that thought; you imagine it and eventually start to believe in it. It then consumes you. When that happens you become afraid of your own thoughts.
Fear can become so powerful that it can resonate with you for the rest of your life. Let’s take an example; if you keep telling your child to go to bed and they don’t listen, most parents will scare them by saying a boogieman is hiding under the bed and he will take you away if you do not sleep.so you find out that even people themselves use an advantage of fear to stop your opportunity.

For sure fear is one of man's worst enemy and no wonder in the bible God speaks to His servants whenever He had a one on one with them, "Do not fear" or "Do not be afraid." Theologians have deduced that there are 365 'Do not fear' in the bible either directly and indirectly; meaning there is a dosage of 'Do not fear' each day of the year from God for each one of us.

In life, fear is your worst enemy. And, risk is your best friend. By. Gurbaksh Chahal. If we know that fear can hold us back from what we really want in our lives, why do we continue to allow it to control us? Some Fears I know are: Fear of failure: Fear of the unknown: Fear of condemnation or criticism: Fear of unemployment: Fear of death: Human beings usually indulge in fears because of lack of faith in God. Naturally if we exercise patience, with faith and determination, we shall make it.
