What I know is alot of Ugandans want change but they fear to change. If we Ugandans want change, then we must be willing to change too. We must be able face the effects of being changed, and change doesn't come in day or year. We should strive to make our country a better place for us by voting leaders who are intellectual.

People in Uganda especially in Kampala look at things returning to normal immediately after attacks, looked at nothing had ever happened, just imagine a bomb blast in a country which looks scary but it lasts for 6 seconds and everyone is like we're back to normal. People don't seem to be scared, people don't seem to be bothered that implies 2 things either
1. People know or the public knows who is doing this or
2. They're not scared of them
The other issue might be People are facing far much problems such as unemployment, poverty, lack of access to medical facilities and so forth and believe that those problems are much bigger and they require them pack and needs to be faced in any circumstance than being scared by these particular bombs.

How do you vote?
